Use the Zoom integration to automatically generate video conferencing details for your meetings. Give your customers and colleagues a choice for how they want to meet with you.
If you see a Request pre-approve option when connecting Zoom to HelloPlan, that means that your Zoom admin must approve HelloPlan for Zoom before it can be installed. Select request pre-approve to send a request to your Zoom admin. They'll receive a notification from Zoom with the request. Administrators can also pre-approve the HelloPlan integration at any time by following these instructions

Each user will need to connect their own Zoom account. For security purposes, this cannot be done by an Administrator on-behalf of users.
When you are creating a new meeting, or setting up a booking page, you can use Zoom as one of the location options.
When the meeting is booked in and approved, your participants will receive video conferencing details via email and calendar event. You can also access the Zoom link from within the meeting details in HelloPlan. Each meeting will have a unique Zoom link.
The Zoom link will come from the Zoom account linked to the Host of the meeting. If the Host doesn’t have the Zoom integration connected then the Zoom option will be disabled in the list of locations.
